What you will need to do:

● Participate in accountability meetings

● Work within our lead development platform

● Provide value at every client meeting and correspondence

● Maintain Contact Management Database with updated client information

● Hold buyer consultation meetings

● Preview homes with clients

● Become an expert on the local market

● Master contracts

● Negotiate contracts

● Daily business development activities

● Close leads at appointments

Qualifications:

● Virginia Residential real estate license (MD, DC optional)

● High level communication skills

● Self starter, organized and professional

● Access to reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
